Everything that sells a ticket, watched every day
Most platforms give you tools and wish you luck. We watch what the tools do, and tell you what to change.
What we watch for every show, every day
No. 1
Your shows, checked every day
Our system reads everything, every day: your ads, your email lists, your traffic and your sales. It checks each show against its own last week, last month and last year.
It shows which show is behind, why, and what to do, while there's still time to act.
Catch it that same week and it's an easy fix. Catch it after the run and the money's gone.
And we read your numbers too, and talk with you about where your shows are going.
No. 2
Your prices, set to earn more
Airlines and hotels call it
Revenue Management.
We watch every show's prices: when to raise them, which seats are priced too low, and which nights can charge more.
Front row and VIP prices, so your best seats sell for what they're worth.
No. 3
Your ads, tied to every sale
Which ads sell tickets, and which ones waste your money.
Your ticketing is wired straight into Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Google Analytics. Every sale reports back on its own. We see which ad sold each ticket and what to change, and each platform's algorithm learns who actually buys and finds more people like them.
- Retargeting ads that follow people who looked but didn't buy.
- Tracking that runs on our computers, not the buyer's phone, so ad blockers can't hide your sales.

Your checkout, built to sell
Your checkout is built to match your show's look.
- A one-page checkout.
- Reserved seats or general admission.
- A new show goes on sale in about thirty seconds.

Out of 100 people who visit a show's website, most platforms sell to a little under 1. Over the past year, our clients averaged 2.2, and our best sold to 3.1.
That one number tells you whether you need more visitors or a better checkout. Those are two very different fixes.
No. 4
Your email list, working on its own
- Email signups on your site and your ticket page.
- Pop-ups that catch people right before they leave, and discount pop-ups for people who stall before buying.
- Automatic emails that go out on their own, including abandoned cart emails to people who started checking out and didn't finish.
- Discounts in your emails that apply on their own. No promo codes to type.
- Text messages to your buyers.
Email runs on the best email program we’ve found for theaters, and we connect it to your ticketing and Google Analytics.
No. 5
Your buyers, all yours
- Which ad, which email, and which website sent each buyer.
- A tracking link for every hotel concierge or partner. Turn it into a QR code if you like, and you'll know who's sending you people.
- Automatic review requests after the show.
- Your whole buyer list, with their show dates and contact details. It's yours.
- We never sell your buyer list or share it with anyone.
No. 6
The best tool for each job
For each job, we use the best tool in the business and connect it straight into your ticketing, so every sale reports back to all of them.
Most platforms build their own versions of a few of these. They're rarely as good as the real thing, and no other ticketing platform connects them all.
Use all of them, or just the ones you want.
One system, nothing for you to connect.
What switching takes
Setup
Setup takes about two weeks. Your tickets are offline for no more than thirty minutes. We move everything over and train your staff, in English or Spanish.
Your money
Your money is processed by Stripe and goes straight to your bank. We don't touch it. Your buyer list is yours, and we never store your buyers' payment information. You keep your own website.
No long-term contract
If it's not working, you walk.
Price
No monthly fee. No setup fee. A 6% to 10% fee is added to each ticket, depending on your size and package, and your buyer pays it. Bigger venues: ask about volume pricing.
Let's Talk
Send us your show's website. Within two days, we'll show you what the Crystal Ball sees from the outside, free. If you want more, we'll connect it to your numbers, also free. If we can't help, we'll tell you.
